Who We Are

At Sell It Rent It Ltd, we’re committed to providing safe, high-quality housing that offers more than just a roof, it offers stability, dignity, and opportunity. We work in partnership with local authorities, landlords, and community partners to deliver well-managed homes for individuals and families across Birmingham.

Our experienced team ensures that every tenancy begins with care and compliance, helping residents feel secure from day one. While our focus is on property management and tenant placement, we also recognise the importance of community support, especially for households facing financial difficulty. That’s why we maintain relationships with respected local organisations to ensure residents are aware of available help when needed.

We work closely with:

  • FareShare (via Tesco partnerships) to support local food bank initiatives
  • Midlands Langar Seva to signpost residents to community food and welfare services
  • Food Banks, offering further local support for families in crisis

We believe that housing is the first step and that community collaboration helps people thrive in the long term.

We recognise that some tenants may face challenges during their tenancy. Our team is trained to ensure a smooth move-in process and to signpost residents to the right local services if any additional support is required.

Where appropriate, we help residents to:

  • Connect with financial wellbeing resources such as budgeting or debt advice
  • Understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities
  • Access local community centres, food support, and health services

Our approach ensures tenants feel informed and empowered, creating the foundations for successful, long-term tenancies.

Supporting Our Residents

Engagement and Community Involvement

At Sell It Rent It Ltd, we take pride in being more than just a property management company. We actively support local causes and champion community engagement.

We maintain strong ties with local organisations such as:

  • Job Ready – for employment and training guidance
  • Enter Key – connecting residents with digital skills and support
  • Birmingham Mind – for mental health awareness and referral

Where possible, we also provide opportunities for residents to participate in community-led workshops or activities to promote wellbeing and social inclusion.
